অনার্স শিক্ষার্থীদের জন্য নোটিশ লিখা একটা গুরুত্বপূর্ণ অংশ বলা যায়, পরীক্ষার জন্য হোক বা অন্য প্রয়োজনে নোটিশ লিখতে পারাটা অত্যন্ত গুরুত্বপূর্ণ একটা বিষয় বলা যায়।

কিভাবে Notice লিখতে হয় ? 

প্রিয় শিক্ষার্থীরা, Notice লিখার কিছু নিয়ম রয়েছে। তাই Notice লিখার ক্ষেত্রে অবশ্যই এগুলো মেনে চলতে হবে।

এখানে যে বিষয়গুলো উল্লেখ করা হয়েছে সেগুলোর পাশাপাশি আপনার ব্যাকরণিক জ্ঞান ভালো থাকলে, বানান সংক্রান্ত সমস্যা না থাকলে আপনার নোটিশ টা দারুণ হবে। 

কি কি বিষয় খেয়াল রাখতে হবে ? 

• নোটিশ লিখার ক্ষেত্রে College Name,City Name এবং Principal's Office এই দুটি লাইন একদম শুরুতে উপরে উল্লেখ থাকবে। 
• এরপর মাঝ বরাবর লিখতে হবে Notice 
• পরবর্তী লাইনের বামপাশে থাকবে Ref বা সিরিয়াল নাম্বার, যা নোটিশকে চিহ্নিত করতে ব্যবহার করা হবে। ডানপাশে থাকবে আজকের তারিখ। 
• তারপর শুরু হবে Main Body , এখানে শেষে নোটিশের উপর ভিত্তি করে ১টা লাইন থাকবে ( যেমন : The subject is very urgent বা The Matter is very urgent. যার বাংলা হচ্ছে বিষয়টি অত্যন্ত জরুরী।) 
• সর্বশেষ প্রিন্সিপাল হিসেবে আপনার পরিচয়  যেমন :  Prof. Abu Taher,Principal,X Govt' College, Chattogram

এই ৬টি বিষয় খেয়াল রেখে Notice লিখলে আপনি সম্পূর্ণ মার্কস তুলতে পারবেন এবং Notice টা অত্যন্ত সুন্দর হবে।
