Welcome to MCQsir. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website https://www.mcqsir.com (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Who we are
MCQsir is an independent education content website operated under the pen-name “MCQ Sir” from Bangladesh. The Site is hosted on Google’s Blogger / Blogspot platform.
2. Eligibility
You may use the Site if you are old enough to lawfully form a binding contract under the law of your jurisdiction (typically 18 years, or younger with the consent of a parent or guardian). The Site is primarily aimed at students aged 14 and above.
3. Permitted use
You may read, share and print any post on MCQsir for personal, non-commercial study purposes. You may also quote short passages with attribution to MCQsir and a link back to the original post.
4. Prohibited use
You agree not to:
- Reproduce, republish or distribute substantial portions of MCQsir content on another website, app or coaching-centre handout without our prior written permission.
- Scrape, crawl, harvest or mirror the Site by automated means in a way that breaches our
robots.txtor imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure. - Use MCQsir content to train commercial language models or AI products without a separate licence from us.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code from any part of the Site.
- Use the Site to upload, post, transmit or otherwise distribute material that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene or that infringes any third-party right.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site, the servers or networks it relies on, or any user’s use of the Site.
- Use the Site for any commercial purpose other than as expressly permitted by us.
5. User contributions
If you submit comments, corrections, guest-post drafts or other content to MCQsir, you confirm that you own the rights to that content and you grant MCQsir a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to reproduce, edit, publish and distribute it on the Site and in related communications. We may remove or edit user contributions at our discretion.
6. Intellectual property
All original explanations, study notes, layout and design on MCQsir are the intellectual property of MCQsir and are protected by Bangladeshi and international copyright law. Quoted material from textbooks, board question papers and literary works is used under fair-use / fair-dealing principles; copyright in such quoted material remains with the original rights-holders.
7. No guarantees
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, free of harmful components, or that the content will be accurate, complete or current. See our Disclaimer for more detail.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MCQsir and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of marks, loss of admission, loss of profits or loss of data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold MCQsir harmless from any claim, demand, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
10. Termination
We may, at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason — including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
